    Seeing the photo of your upper deck reminded me of when I saw the drawings of your house plans (so long ago) and now - Wow!- it's reality! Everything looks so well designed. Nice going, Rob.

    i hope i can squeeze the spiral stair in that little of space on the side. it may be pretty pretty pretty pretty narrow.
