Flooring: Ordered
While the permitting process is making me lose my hair faster than normal, I have ordered flooring/stairs for the house.
Although I had always talked about reclaimed flooring, I found that it is almost double my flooring budget. I decided on old growth wide plank black walnut flooring.
I'm ordering it from Elmwood Reclaimed Timber in MO. They seem to have a great environmental stewardship program, and their staff is the epitome of friendly and responsive.
